Our Internship program includes up to one year placements in a PDNA laboratory. Targets are college students, recent graduates and Disease control personnel. Graduate Interns are provided with introductory courses on malaria genetics, genomics, bioinformatics, clinical research, cell and molecular biology, epidemiology, Good Laboratory Practices, ethics, etc.

A few young rising stars within the PDNA membership will be identified using impartial and transparent criteria. Mechanisms for increasing their international visibility, competitiveness and leadership skills will be devised. Arrangements will be made to give these PDNA members opportunity to be mentored by worldrenowned, internationally recognized leaders in their respective field.
Our Post-Doctoral Fellows are selected through an open call advertised across Africa. Post-doctoral training is also in direct line with DELGEME core mission. Fellows work under mentorship of Senior PDNA members, and/or external Supervisors and Faculty to help them with their projects and career guidance. Our PhD students are rigorously selected through open calls. Universities, institutions and supervisors have been pre-selected to address the training gaps that are core to DELGEME mission.
